We found this little gem in Maboneng, Johannesburg. The streets are clean. The complex is clean. We spoke to some of the residents, they feel safe and enjoy their environment. It is not far from the town cenre. Security patrol the entrance. Why would you not want to live here?
The unit itself is compact but everything is there and the loft adds space. Lighting is LED's. Hot water is provided by a central boiler and you only pay for what you use. Cold water usage is ilso metered and electricity is prepaid.
