Diane Cross has been in the Real Estate industry for 28 years. Diane has vast legal and practical experience in dealing with tricky and complex situations. She is the operational director for KW Clockwork and ensures all 3 of KW Clockwork market centers run as smoothly as possible. Diane also is responsible for the rental division and is always available to help and her experience to all the agents and clients alike.

Before Deon entered the Real Estate business, he played professional golf for a couple of years. Not having much success as a professional golfer, he joined South African Airways and traveled the world for 7 years, where he met his wife, Lynda in the Airline. They got married in March 2004 and have two beautiful daughters, Demi, and Megan. After a stint in the business world, Deon turned to Real Estate in 1998. He was one of the top producers in a large Real Estate Company.
In 2004 he started his own company with a partner. In 2008 he broke away and took over Clockwork Properties on his own and never looked back. Deon has achieved numerous qualifications including NQF 4 and NQF 5 and is currently doing a Commercial Diploma.Clockwork Properties has won top agencies and agent awards in their region, awarded by the Property Listing Network. In 2013 Deon made one of the best choices to date, he joined forces with Keller Williams as is known as KW Clockwork.
Keller Williams is a training and coaching company that happens to be in real estate. The systems and technologies are extremely advanced and has the best tools in place to make his agents the best and most professional agents to sell your home. KW Clockwork has won the best Market Centre for 6 straight years, 2013-2019, and has never been outside the top three market Centers. Deon has also opened two other Market Centers. Benoni and Sandton. In total KW Clockwork has over 325 agents.

With more than 19 years in the real estate game, I have come to specialise in the development and management of new developments. Working with developers such as Grosvener International Property Services, founded in the United Kingdom, I have built up the reputation for ensuring a sold development. I have dealt with and have experience in dealing with all stages of a new development, from the initial planning to the marketing, as well as town planning. I joined the amazing KW Clockwork team as their Team Leader in 2018, where I worked to train and grow the agents under me to become Millionaire Real Estate Agents. In April 2021, I moved positions to become the Productivity Coach, and I've never felt happier! I get to see the agents grow through my training and one-on-ones. To have a direct influence over someone's growth and watching them achieve their goals is the reason why I love what I do. My training motto is ‘actions speak louder than words’, meaning that there is no better way to train someone than to show them how it is done. Allowing the agent to join me in appointments so they can watch and learn how to get the signature.
